Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao (more Creme de Cacao drinks)
1 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao (more Blue Curacao drinks)
Whipped Cream (more Whipped Cream drinks)

Instructions

Layer the creme de cacao and the blue curacao, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
