Ingredients

1 part(s) St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur (more St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur drinks)
2 part(s) Hendrick's Gin (more Hendrick's Gin drinks)
3/4 part(s) Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1/4 part(s) Simple Syrup (more Simple Syrup drinks)
1 Strawberry (more Strawberry drinks)
Champagne (Brut Rose) (more Champagne drinks)

Instructions

Muddle the strawberry in a shaker. Add the Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup. Shake and strain over fresh rocks in a collins glass. Top with Brut Rosé or Brut Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.
