Ingredients

1 part(s) Pernod Absinthe (more Pernod Absinthe drinks)
Grapes Green and seedless (more Grapes drinks)
1 dash(es) Angostura Bitters (more Angostura Bitters drinks)
1 1/2 part(s) Beefeater Dry Gin (more Beefeater Dry Gin drinks)
3/4 part(s) Ginger Syrup (more Ginger Syrup drinks)
1/2 part(s) Lime Juice (more Lime Juice drinks)
Soda Water (more Soda Water drinks)

Instructions

Muddle grapes, Pernod Absinthe and bitters. Add gin, ginger syrup and lime juice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda water. Garnish with grapes and candied ginger.
