Ingredients

1 tsp. Icing Sugar - (more)
Champagne (Alternatively you can use sparkling wine) - (more)

Instructions

Put the sugar in a tumbler with some thin parings of orange and lemon peels. Fill 1/3 of the glass with shaved ice and top up with champagne. Stir and garnish with fruit and 2 straws.
