4 oz. Sour Mix - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Citrus Vodka - (more)
1 splash(es) Cranberry Juice - (more)
1 splash(es) Lemon Lime Soda - (more)

Instructions

Shake vodka, Sour Mix, and cranberry juice and pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Fill with lemon lime soda and float a lemon slice on top.
