Ingredients

1/2 oz. White Rum (more White Rum drinks)
1/2 oz. Strega (more Strega drinks)
1 tbsp. Passion Fruit Syrup (more Passion Fruit Syrup drinks)
2 tsp. Lemon Juice (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1/2 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
