1 1/2 oz. Kahlua - (more)
Galliano - (more)
Soda Water - (more)

Instructions

Build in a large rocks or highball glass filled with ice. Pour Kahlua and fill with soda water. Float the Galliano and mix with a straw. It tastes like root beer.
