4 oz. Cabernet (Chilled) - (more)
2 oz. Sparkling Water (Chilled) - (more)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice (Fresh) - (more)
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar - (more)

Instructions

In a large wine glass, dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and the water. Add the some cracked ice and pour the claret. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
