3/4 oz. Blue Curacao - (more)
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier - (more)
Champagne or sparkling wine - (more)

Instructions

Pour Grand Marnier and Blue Curacao into a flute glass. Drop one ice cube into the glass. Fill with chilled Champagne. Garnish with orange slice.
