I found that deeply chilled Bailey’s contributed an interesting separation in the shot. It’s really a visual thing. The flavor is pretty close to mint chocolate chip ice cream, or even Thin Mint cookies from the Girl Scouts. This is of course in addition to the fact that it can burn going all the way down.
