Ingredients

1 1/3 oz. Pineapple Juice - (more)
2/3 oz. Gin (Or vodka) - (more)
2/3 oz. Lemon Juice - (more)
2/3 oz. Parfait Amour - (more)
2/3 oz. Simple Syrup - (more)
Soda Water - (more)

Instructions

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a collins glass with cracked ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a cherry and mint sprig.
