1/2 oz. Campari - (more)
Grapefruit Juice - (more)

Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in vodka. Fill the glass with ruby-red grapefruit juice and splash with Campari. Jay's comment: Drink named after Evan Dando from the Lemonheads. He sat at my bar drinking these all day and seemed rather bitter about not having a career anymore. He kept playing Gloria Gaynor's _I will survive_ on the jukebox. Nice guy though.
