Ingredients

3 oz. Peaches (In puree or mashed) - (more)
1 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur - (more)
1 oz. Stolichnaya ( Stoli ) Peach Vodka - (more)
Champagne (Brut) - (more)

Instructions

Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka and fill with cold champagne.
