Ingredients

2 part(s) Cruzan Black Strap Rum (more Cruzan Black Strap Rum drinks)
6 Mint Leaves (more Mint Leaves drinks)
1/2 part(s) Syrup Fee Brother's Spiced Cordial (more Syrup drinks)
1 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)

Instructions

Muddle mint leaves and syrup together, making sure to crush the mint leaves. Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with additional crushed mint leaves. If you can’t make it to the bayou, this will be the next best thing.
