Ingredients

2 oz. G'Vine Floraison Gin (more G'Vine Floraison Gin drinks)
1 oz. Lime Juice (more Lime Juice drinks)
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup (more Sugar Syrup drinks)
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur (more Raspberry Liqueur drinks)
1 tsp. Vinegar (Balsamic) (more Vinegar drinks)
1 pinch(es) Salt (more Salt drinks)
1/2 Egg White (more Egg White drinks)
8 Raspberries (more Raspberries drinks)
Champagne (more Champagne drinks)

Instructions

Crush the raspberries in an empty shaker. Add the gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, raspberry liqueur and vinegar.Shake without ice, then shake with ice. Fine-strain into a Classic martin-cocktail glass glass. Top with champagne.
