Ingredients

1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream (more Baileys Irish Cream drinks)
Orange (more Orange drinks)
Cocoa Powder (more Cocoa Powder drinks)

Instructions

Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with the fresh orange. Apply powdered cocoa. Add the Bailey's over an ice cube.
