Ingredients

1 oz. Baileys Mint Chocolate Cream Liqueur (more Baileys Mint Chocolate Cream Liqueur drinks)
1 oz. Coffee (Iced) (more Coffee drinks)
1 tbsp. Espresso (more Espresso drinks)
2 scoop(s) Ice Cream (Guinness Gelato or a Coffee Ice Cream) (more Ice Cream drinks)

Instructions

Add Baileys with a hint of Mint Chocolate, iced coffee and Guinness gelato to a blender. Blend on high with 1 cup of chip ice until smooth. Top with espresso, a mint sprig and whipped cream.
