4 oz. Water boiling - (more)
2 oz. Grand Marnier - (more)
1 Tea Bags - (more)
Lemon twist - (more)

Instructions

Pour boiling water into a medium to large brandy snifter. Add Grand Marnier. Run the lemon twist around the glass rim, then drop into liquid. Place the tea bag into snifter. Serve.
