Ingredients

2 oz. Applejack (more Applejack drinks)
1 oz. Lemon Juice (Fresh) (more Lemon Juice drinks)
1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (more Superfine Sugar drinks)
4 dash(es) Orange Bitters (more Orange Bitters drinks)
Sparkling Water (more Sparkling Water drinks)

Instructions

Blend ingredients (except sparkling water) with cracked ice at medium speed for 10 seconds and serve in a chilled collins glass. Fill the glass with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon slice.
