4 oz. Apple Juice - (more)
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup - (more)
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice (Fresh) - (more)
Sparkling Water - (more)

Instructions

Shake all the ingredients (except sparkling water) with cracked ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with sparkling water.
