2 oz. Pineapple Juice - (more)
1 oz. Sambuca - (more)

Instructions

Pour over ice in a cocktail shaker, shake until cold and pour into a cocktail glass. Annie's Belfast Mill No. 1 is a lovely blend of tastes whereas the Annie's Belfast Mill No. 2 is an equally tasty longer drink that can be sipped or drunk with relish.
