1 1/2 oz. Brandy - (more)
1 tsp. Grenadine - (more)
1/2 Peach (Fresh, peeled and mashed) - (more)
1/2 tsp. Pernod Absinthe - (more)
Champagne (Or sparkling wine) - (more)

Instructions

Shake ingredients (except Champagne) and strain into a chilled white wine glass. Fill with Champagne and garnish with a peach slice.
