1 tbsp. Lime Juice (Fresh) - (more)
1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup - (more)
Champagne (Or sparkling wine) - (more)

Shake the rum, the juice and the syrup with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine.
