1 tsp. White Creme de Cacao - (more)
1/2 tsp. Dry Vermouth - (more)
1/2 tsp. Sweet Vermouth - (more)

Instructions

Shake with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sweetened cocoa powder and garnish with a Hershey's Kiss.
