Ingredients

1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge Aperitif Wine (more Dubonnet Rouge Aperitif Wine drinks)
2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters (more Angostura Bitters drinks)
1 tsp. Sugar (more Sugar drinks)
Champagne (Iced) (more Champagne drinks)

Instructions

In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar. Then add the Dubonnet and a tsp. of ice. Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
